Paragon CRT®

Paragon CRT® contact lenses are orthokeratology lenses that have been used for myopia management for more than 20 years. They were the first FDA-approved overnight wear lenses for temporarily reducing myopia. Paragon CRT lenses can be fitted empirically, with a diagnostic set, or using corneal topography. With strong scientific evidence supporting orthokeratology, these lenses are considered a first-line treatment for children with myopia.
