Pentacam® AXL Wave
The Pentacam® AXL Wave is the first device to combine five important diagnostic tools in one system. It provides wavefront aberrometry of the entire eye, which allows the entire cornea to be assessed. It also helps determine the eye's prescription, checks the eye's lens before and after surgery, precise and contact-free measurement of eye length, and Scheimpflug based tomography, which is the gold standard for analyzing the front part of the eye.
The Myopia Software now accepts data from both the Pentacam® AXL Wave and the Myopia Master®, giving practices a flexible setup so they can add or change devices without losing existing information. This integration supports smooth tracking of key progression data needed for effective myopia management and helps improve efficiency in everyday clinical workflows.
